WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your price above covers the lot — here's what comes with it.

Everything's included in your price — travel, the gear, setup and all meats ready to eat at your desired time.
We supply all the utensils, tongs, trays and napkins. You won't have to worry about a thing.
We turn up early (usually about 4 to 5 hours before) to set up and get the Smoker going.
Vegetarian options are no problem — just tell us when you book.
All meats and sides are gluten free, only the rolls have gluten unless discussed prior.

SMOKER ON SITE

GENEROUS SERVINGS OF BRISKET, PULLED PORK, CHICKEN WINGS, SNAGS, ROLLS, SLAW, COWBOY BEANS & PICKLES.

Vegetarian options are available, please notify us at the time of booking.

All meats/sides etc. are in their individual trays and laid out on a table for your guests to help themselves buffet style. All we require from you is a big table or 2 to lay the food out on.
